This project will be held in a multidisciplinary and international environment, including partners in complementary fields such as:

  • Physics
  • Ultrasound imaging
  • Biomechanics
  • Bone research

Job description

The successful candidate will develop 3D image analysis methods to quantify bone structures at nano-scale, including the bone cell network and collagen fiber.

Required qualifications

  • PhD in image processing or related topics
  • Background in applied mathematics, physics, signal processing, and scientific computing
  • Strong programming skills in MATLAB, C/C++, ITK and VTK
  • Interest in instrumentation and biomedical applications
